About the Workshop
Hands of Light® is an introductory energy healing workshop based on Barbara Brennan's best-selling first book, Hands of Light. You’ll learn how to regulate your energy, explore how to create your life through the Four Dimensions of Humankind, activate your inner healer, and practice hands-on healing. It is designed for experienced healers, seekers, and massage therapists, as well as those new to the path of personal healing, spiritual growth, and self-actualization.

Meet the Team
Who is Barbara Brennan?
Barbara Brennan was a world-renowned spiritual leader, healer, and educator. A former NASA physicist, she dedicated her life to exploring the Human Energy Field and the realms of human consciousness.
She held a Doctorate of Philosophy, a Doctorate of Theology, a Master's Degree in Atmospheric Physics, and a B.S. in Physics, and worked as a research scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. She was also a graduate of the Institute of Core Energetics and a Senior Pathwork® Helper. Barbara Brennan's best-selling books — Hands of Light®, Light Emerging®, and Core Light Healing® — are considered classics in the field of complementary medicine.
In 1982, Barbara Brennan opened a school to teach what she had spent decades learning to perceive — the Human Energy Field, and how to heal through it. At the time, the idea that energy healing could be taught with scientific rigor was almost unheard of.
